The new ED3011 is a point-to-point Ethernet Extender that efficiently extends 10/100 Ethernet up to 6.2km using existing straight 2-pair copper wire. The ED3011 will allow Ethernet connectivity in existing facilities without pulling extra cable. This is the perfect solution for factory floors running serial signals over Ethernet or commercial buildings where it´s not practical to pull new cables. The new ED3011 is designed for longer distance applications. The ED3011 rounds out Etherwan´s Ethernet extender line consisting of; ED3101/ED3141/ED3331/ED3341, all of which extend Ethernet hundreds of meters using existing infrastructure of copper pairs or coaxial cable.
